Portland Medical Practice is currently transitioning our Appointment Booking systems which will change with effect from Monday 4th October 2021.
From this date as per Practice Policy appointments can only be made/booked for a Clinician by phoning 01563 522411.
Practice Nurse, CTAC – Community Treatment and Care and HCA – Healthcare Assistant appointment bookings will remain the same as current practice.
There will be no other route in which to book an appointment for a Clinician and no appointment bookings will be taken via either Kilmarnock or Hurlford Reception desks. This has been put in place to avoid unnecessary footfall in our waiting rooms and minimise Health & Safety risks to our patients and staff at both sites.
