For the safety of the public and staff we have suspended all non-urgent workloads at the practice and the following conditions have been put in place:
Access to the practice is strictly by appointment only.
Appointments at the Practice can be arrange by phone only – please contact the practice on 01563 522411
Patients must not arrive early or late for their appointments.
patients will be asked to wear face masks/covering nose and mouth when attending appointments at the Practice.
Please do not attend the Practice if you have any of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- New continuous cough
- Loss of taste/smell
Prescription orders can be arranged strictly by phone – designated repeat prescription line number: 01563 597150
Prescriptions will be available for collection from the chemist 5 days after the date of issue.
To avoid unnecessary contact with the Practice, when ordering prescriptions please indicate which pharmacy you would like your prescription sent to for you to collect.
