The Diabetes Managed Clinical Network are extremely pleased to host the Diabetes Conference 2024.
The Conference will be held on Saturday 11th May at University Hospital Crosshouse in the Alexander Fleming Centre, from 10am – 2pm. The conference costs £5 per person which includes lunch and refreshments.
This is an excellent opportunity for patients with Diabetes to come along and meet with Diabetes services. There will be information from various services including Diabetes UK, My Diabetes My Way, Weight Management, Podiatry and many more!.. along with a selection of presentations to aid in patients’ Diabetes control.
